We aim to reply to every message within 24 hours on working days (Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM GMT+6). If you write over the weekend, expect a reply on Sunday or Monday. Support requests about a live product are prioritised over general enquiries.

Four products are live today: ChatCubie for messaging, calls and an in-app wallet, Cubie FX for forex calculators, prop firm rules and a trading journal, CubieAI for free AI writing tools in Bangla and English, and CubieMart for digital goods with escrow on every order. Five more are in development or planned — the products page shows the status of each one honestly.

Yes. Alongside our own products we take on custom web and mobile development — typically full-stack work using Node.js, MySQL and Flutter. Send a short description of what you need and a rough timeline, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a good fit.

Our headquarters is in Jashore, Bangladesh. We work remotely with people and clients across several timezones, so location is rarely a barrier — most collaboration happens asynchronously.

For anything already live you don't need one — open it and use it. ChatCubie, Cubie FX, CubieAI and CubieMart are all open right now, and CubieAI needs no account at all.

For something still being built — CubieFlow, for instance — there is a sign-up box on its product page. One email, on the day it exists. If you want to see what is built so far before then, just ask.
